You know you should be posting. You open the box, you stare at it, you close it. This is seven days of not doing that.

Why seven days and not seven ideas

These aren't random prompts. They run one full cycle. A stranger who finds you on day one gets walked all the way to an invitation by day seven — which only works if you do them in order.

What's actually in it

A day page showing three written-out posts and the menu section A block schedule page with done list and brain dump

Real pages. Not a sample — the actual thing.

Every day gives you

  • Three posts, written out. The hook, what the body does, and the ask. Steal them word for word or make them yours.
  • Your day, 6am to 10pm. Block it, with gaps left in for the chaos.
  • A menu line, so 5pm doesn't turn into cereal again.
  • A DONE list. You don't have a productivity problem. You have an amnesia problem.
  • A brain dump. Everything rattling around up there, out on paper, so you can circle the one that makes money.

Plus a recap page at the end of the week where you write down your real numbers instead of guessing.

Who it's for

Moms who are tired of living paycheck to paycheck with no wiggle room to actually enjoy anything. Women who've been meaning to show up online for months and keep not doing it.

It's not for you if you want a plug-and-play system that runs without you. You still have to post. I just took away the part where you don't know what to say.

It lands in your inbox in about a minute. Check spam if it doesn't.

One honest thing

This is one week out of a 365-day planner I built. If you get to Sunday and want the rest of the year, it's there. If you don't, keep this and run the seven days again — that's a real answer too.

I'd rather you use something free on repeat than buy something and let it sit.
